Michigan Destinations

BATTLE CREEK
Battle Creek is known as the Cereal Capital of the World and is home to the Kellogg Arena (basketball, volleyball) and Bailey Park and C.O. Brown Stadium (baseball, softball). A sports town through and through, Battle Creek’s Bailey Park has been referred to as the “finest amateur sports complex in the Midwest” and is home to both regional and national events.

When teams are not playing, families will enjoy visiting the Full Blast Water Park and the Binder Park Zoo, where kids can discover spectacular views of wild animals from elevated boardwalks. Visitors will get nose-to-nose with one of the largest giraffe herds in the country as they explore Wild Africa and hand feed a giraffe. Kids will experience a variety of animals from around the world all without leaving the country!
