Dear Coaches, Parents, Administrators, and Friends,
We are just days away from releasing our 2025 event schedule, which always creates a sense of anticipation and excitement here in our office. This year is particularly special, as Game Day USA will celebrate a major milestone, our 20-YEAR ANNIVERSARY!
As we reflect back on 20 years, we are filled with gratitude to all of you for trusting Game Day USA with your teams, players and families for all these years. Likewise, we thank our team members, tournament directors, weekend staffers, collegiate summer interns, umpire assignors, umpires, venue partners, hoteliers, and sports commission partners. The event business is a people business, and our people are simply the very best!
No one could have possibly predicted the challenges we would face in 20 years: a global pandemic halting our entire operation, hurricanes and other natural disasters, a labor shortage, and now rampant inflation and rising costs in almost every expense category. Through it all, our team has remained laser focused on our mission of creating opportunities, experiences and lifelong memories for our athletes and families.
Likewise, no one could have imagined our journey would allow us to work alongside the world’s very best sports and entertainment brands, including Disney, Under Armour, USA Baseball and most recently, the Savannah Bananas. We’ve partnered with numerous Major League Baseball organizations, and this October, we will host our first event at the state-of-the-art Atlanta Braves Spring Training facility in Sarasota County, Florida.
Our roots are here in the Midwest, and our values are Midwestern values. When you view our 2025 schedule, you’ll now see anchors as far east as Shipyard Park in Charleston, South Carolina and as far west as Mesa and Tucson, Arizona. USA Baseball tryouts will take us as far north as Minnesota and the Dakotas, and our Junior All-American Games and Spring Training events will bring us all the way down to sunny Florida.
We hope you will be a part of this historic season for the Game Day USA brand. Our 2025 schedule will be released soon and our team stands ready to talk with you, so please reach out at any time. Our focus for 2025 will be giving back to the game and showing appreciation to our coaches, athletes and families. It’s been an unbelievable ride over 20 years and I am confident in this:
